Children 7–11 years: Take 1/2 tablet up to 8 times per day. Children 4–6 years: Take 1/2 tablet up to 6 times per day. Standard (Chronic) Dosage: Adults and children over 12 years: Dissolve 1 tablet in the mouth 3 times daily. Children 7–11 years: Take 1 tablet 2 times daily. Children 4–6 years: Take 1/2 tablet 3 times daily.
