Refund and Returns Policy

At Maison Santé Pharmacy, we prioritize your health and satisfaction. While we follow strict regulations for pharmaceuticals and wellness products, we are committed to resolving any issues in line with UAE health and safety guidelines.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The product was damaged during transit
  • The product is defective

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and reported within 3 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

As per DHA/MOHAP guidelines, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Prescription medications
  • Opened or used wellness items (e.g., supplements, cosmetics, hygiene products)
  • Items without original packaging

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the item(s)
  3. We will review and arrange pickup and inspection if eligible

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or damaged item)
  • You will receive confirmation once the refund is initiated

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and subject to availability. All exchange requests must follow the same steps and timeframes mentioned above.
