6. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in AED and include VAT where applicable
• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment
• Payment is processed securely through authorized third-party providers and we do not store credit card information.
• Promotional codes apply only to non-discounted items unless otherwise stated

7. Prescriptions & Compliance

• We strictly follow DHA and MOHAP regulations
• Prescription medications require valid documentation
• We reserve the right to verify or cancel any order that does not comply with UAE law
• Any misuse or falsification of prescription data may be reported to relevant health authorities.

8. Delivery & Shipping

• Delivery is available across the UAE via trusted couriers
• Orders above AED 150 qualify for free delivery; below that, a flat AED 30 applies.
• Standard delivery time: 24–48 hours from order confirmation
• Delays may occur due to public holidays, incorrect address, or Force Majeure

9. Returns & Refunds

Due to health regulations, pharmaceuticals cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are:

• Incorrect
• Damaged
• Defective
