1. Peel the whitening strip from the backing liner
2. Apply the lower strip first, then the upper strip, gently pressing to ensure a good fit.
Fold excess (lower) strip behind your teeth and gently press with finger pads for 2 to 3 seconds.
3. Wear for a minimum of 30 minutes.
4. Remove and discard the used strips as plastic.
Rinse mouth thoroughly.
